The Héritière cuvée by Benoît Mercier of Domaine La Famille K is a blend of Pinot Gris and Chardonnay. The vineyards have an average age of 20 years. The grapes are harvested by hand and then undergo a cold pressing in the cellar. Afterwards, the wine is transferred to temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. On the nose, you’ll find aromas of white peach and almond. On the palate, it shows fine acidity with notes of white stone fruit, floral undertones, and an elegant finish that leaves you wanting more. Serve chilled and enjoy. Santé.
